Conditions for returning an item for reimbursement:
- A request for return and reimbursement must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and without being treated, washed, or dry-cleaned
- The item must be returned with all original labels still on, and hygiene protection strip intact
ORNORM retains the right to refuse the return of any item that does not conform to the conditions mentioned above. Any return that does not comply with these conditions may be sent back to the purchaser at the customer’s expense.
We currently have no exchange policy. You must return the item according to the conditions mentioned above in order to receive a reimbursement, and make a new purchase thereafter.

Then, a client service representative will contact you. Please note that a fee of $9.99 plus applicable taxes will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, please allow for a delay of 1 to 5 business days in order for a reimbursement notification to be emailed to you. If a return is rejected, you will be notified by email.
The reimbursement will be made according to the initial payment method.
Please note that the amount of your reimbursement will appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days following receipt of the reimbursement notification.
